1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the pkok platform and its users. pkok is an online gaming and sports betting platform that offers casino games, slots, and betting on various sports including cricket, for players in Bangladesh.

2 Account Registration

5.3 Bonus Terms of Use

• Each bonus offer must be claimed within a specified period.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time.

• If evidence of bonus fraud or abuse is found, pkok reserves the right to cancel that bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Each betting market on pkok has its own rules governing bet acceptance, settlement, and cancellation. In cricket, bets can be placed on various markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches. For cancelled matches or events, the full bet amount is refunded.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error in the software or system causes incorrect results to be displayed, pkok reserves the right to void or correct that bet. In such cases, the user's original bet amount will be refunded.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

12 Changes to Terms
